Brief Description	This black skirt has a crepe waistband and top section; the lower two thirds is made of floral lace; there is a hook and eye fastening on the side of the waistband. This skirt was made by Phyllis Whyman (nee Gilbert), the donor's mother, while training as a dressmaker at DIC where she worked until she was married.
