Brief Description	This woman's one-piece black woollen bathing suit has a top that forms an overskirt with shorts attached at the lower waistline. The shorts extend below the skirt. It has a rounded neck, front and back and narrow shoulder straps. A motif of a diving girl in pink and red, incorporating the maker's identity, Jantzen, is sewn onto the lower left skirt. The style of the logo, diving girl, dates from 1928 to 1947. In 1948 the logo style changes to include black trim around the leg and back of the diving girls costume.
