Western Side Looking South: Distant clock tower of Post Office, Tallest building with 3 flagpoles, George & Kersley's Economic now DIC, Extreme right veranda sign of Wanganui Cloth Co, the ultra modern facade of the dental chambers of the American Joseph McBrearty, Purser's Furniture Warehouse (which took up much frontage), The corner was the Melbourne Ltd, Beyond and on next forner (Maria Place) Perrets Building.
