One of a collection of postcards, mainly from the World War I period that belonged to Major Cecil L Lovegrove. Black and white postcard featuring an illustration from the book "Fragments of France". Illustration is captioned "The Nest: Ere, when you're finished, I'll borrow that there top note of yours to clean the knives with."
Illustration depicts a soldier sitting on top of a bunker singing, while another soldier looks at from within the bunker angrily.
