This landscape-format postcard is one of a series of postcards featuring photographs of a large stately building, which was known as Mount Felix Hospital. The hospital cared for injured New Zealand soldiers in WWI.
This postcard features a photograph of large dining or games room with tables set up in the centre, and beds lining the lefthand side of the room. Numerous soldiers are seated at the tables, and a group of nurses stand to the left of the diners.
