Brief Description	A black and white photograph of three men and one woman in a rowboat, floating in the middle of the Whanganui River. The men have their shirts off and there is dense bush along the riverbanks. One of 38 black and white photographs of Whanganui River scenes taken during the river trip of William Salt (brother) and Mary Salt (sister) and party, who rowed down down the Whanganui River from Taumarunui in about 1910. Information on back of photograph comes from G J Wilks, brother of the donor who made the voyage, or part of it.
