This framed photograph is of Mrs Eleanora Wotton, her Secretary Mr George Cross, and co-workers including Mr & Mrs Charles Burnett, taken on the lawn of their home in Somme Parade in Whanganui.
The group of 36 people, mostly women but including a few men and children, is arranged in two informal rows in front of the Wotton house. All ladies wear hats and formal dresses and the men wear suits.
The image was presented to Mrs Wotton by the Belgian and Servian Wounded Relief Society in Wanganui in 1919.
It is mounted in a dark faux oak mat and dark wood frame.
