This souvenir handkerchief commemorates 60 years of Queen Victoria's reign for the Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee of 1897. The white cotton handkerchief has a woven border stripe and is over-printed with black motifs relating to Queen Victoria. In each corner are the crests of India, Africa, Canada and Australia, all possessions of the British Empire.
