One of a collection of postcards relating to members of the Lloyd Family, Fordell, near Whanganui. This features a black and white image of a young boy identified as Ernest Jack Lloyd. The boy wears a "John Bull" costume of top hat and jacket with tails, a Union Jack waistcoat with trousers tied at the knees and knee-high boots. He stands in front of cross-hatched doors with one arm outstretched.
The reverse reads "Ernest Jack Lloyd / Peace Celebrations / Palmerston North".
