This set of four identical eggcups is made from laminated native New Zealand timbers that include rewarewa, kahikatea, pukatea, totara and mangeao. They are cut so that the wood grains run vertically. The eggcups are hemispherical with a disc base. A green Sovereign sticker is placed on all bases and it reads, “SovereignNew Zealand Timbers // Rewarewa, kahikatea, pukatea, totara and mangeao / Do not immerse in water. / Sponge clean with / damp cloth''.
