Name/Title CALENDAR; Whanganui Collection
Brief Description This large 1978 calendar featured photographs of the Whanganui region taken by notable local photographers W J Harding and F J Denton in the 19th and early 20th centuries. The calendar is A3 size in landscape format, with high grade glossy paper and a waxed paper overlay, bound along with top with white plastic rings.
There is one calendar month per page and the photographs are printed in sepia tones. The Whanganui Founders Society was the commissioning client. The last page provides information on the photographers and the subjects depicted in their photos:
