Name/Title HANDLE, SEA CHEST
Brief Description This stiff braided rope handle comes from one end of an old sea chest. The handle is attached to a carved wooden fitting mounted on a rectangular piece of wood which has been cut from the original sea chest. The mount is carved with an acorn and flowers. All the wood is covered with grey oil paint.
