Brief Description This white painted cloth banner with red and black writing and stick figure diagrams reads "THE NEGLECTED BREAKFAST MEANS NO PLEASURE - NO PLAY, NO PRODUCTION".

A stick figure shows a person not having time for breakfast who becomes ill later in the day. The banner was created in World War II to show people how to stay healthy by eating properly. It was collected by the donor's mother, who was a health and science teacher.
