Brief Description A black and white photograph taken from the bottom of Shakespeare Cliff looking south along the Whanganui River towards the Whanganui Town Bridge. The old karaka tree on the right was reputed to have been used as a mooring for boats before a wharf was established.
The photograph has been mounted on dark purple card.
