Brief Description Small black and white photograph of the steam engine Puffing Billy leading a procession (unidentified). The steam engine has a sign at the front with the name on it. Several people are milling on the tracks and around the engine, one boy collecting streamers. Puffing Billy was the name given to the engine that maintained the Castlecliff service when the tramway broke down.
