Several men are standing to the left of a coke boiler-fired truck and a steam roller on the newly finished Dublin Street Bridge. Somme Parade is in the background. The truck has "Wanganui Borough Council" printed on the front. The tramlines are on the right. Construction materials can be seen around the bridge.
