Brief Description A black and white photograph of two men fixing overhead bus lines in Wellington. The men are using a Wellington City Transport tower wagon to reach the lines, with the vehicle parked underneth and the men standing in a cage which is hoisted closer to the lines. The photograph was taken near the Wellington Railway Station.
