Brief Description A black and white photo of the Whanganui City Council Staff in circa 1915. The studio portrait shows eight men wearing suits, five seated on chairs and three standing behind. The studio has a painted backdrop and heavy curtains on either side, with a small tabel to the left.
The men have been identified as (left to right):
Front Row: Mr. T. Tucker, Gardener; Mr A Gilmour, Foreman of Works, later Sanitary Inspector; Mr N.C. Staveley, Engineer; Mr. T. Copeland, Foreman; Mr T. Ogilvie.
Back Row: Mr. Harold Smith; Mr F. Reynolds; Mr Jack Mancer.
