Brief Description Black and white photograph of the grave of Private Arthur Wilson, a Wanganui man who fought in World War I. Image of a simple wooden cross standing on the ground, with the details of Arthur painted on it. Other crosses in the background. Mounted on brown card.
Grave reads: "In Memory of 41693 Pte A. Wilson, 2nd B.O.R. N.Z.E.F. Killed in Action 24.8.18." Arthur wrote several letters to his sister Mag (refer 2014.61.1-7).
