Name/Title ORNAMENT; SNAKE, BEADED
Brief Description This ornamental beaded snake was made by a Turkish Prisoner of War during World War I. A woven string body is completely covered with bead decorations with a white belly and amber, blue and red back and the words "TURKISH PRISONERS 1917" spelt out along body of snake in dark blue beads.
