Name/Title PINCUSHIONS
Brief Description These two pincushions, obviously a set, are made of casein, a type of plastic produced with milk products, and padded with purple velvet.

The smaller has a rounded velvet top and a goblet-shaped body and spreading foot with scalloped edges. The main body has a pierced pattern and scalloped top edge. The larger also has a rounded velvet top and a goblet-shaped body but with a taller stem which has a reel of purple cotton attached to it. Its body has a decorative geometric pattern in relief, and the base has a spreading foot with scalloped edges with pierced pattern.
