Brief Description	This seven inch imperial wooden ruler has six rectangular examples of native New Zealand timbersinlaid along its centre. From left to right the samples are pukatea, tawhai, matai, tawa, rewarewa and kauri. The name "SOVEREIGN" is stamped between the six and seven inch marks.
