This is a reproduction of an original black and white photograp of Scott's Shoe Store in Aramoho, Whanganui. It was taken from across the road to include the shop frontage with a power pole on the footpath in front. A large sign above the balcony reads "Scott's Shoe Store", and several signs in the window advertise shoes and repair services. This stored was owned and operated by John Herbert Scott.
