A black and white photograph of the Cobham Bridge under construction over the Whanganui River. Photograph was taken from the west bank of the river looking up towards the bridge under construction with supports in the riverbed. Two men stand on the end of the bridge on the left hand side. Putiki and Putiki church are visible on the opposite side of the river.
