A black and white photo of the H.M.S "New Zealand" on a visit to Wanganui. The photograph is taken frmo a stony riverbank and looks at three vessels on the water - the "New Zealand" on the right with bunting flying flying from the ropes; the "Shamrock" closer to the shore in the foreground with many passengers on board; and the "Himitangi" further up-river. The bow of another unidentified vessel can be seen on the left.
