Name/Title PHOTOGRAPHS; A Ship Berthed at the Putiki / Campbell Town Wharf
Brief Description A black and white photograph taken from the town side of the Whanganui River, looking across the water towards Durie Hill and Durie Vale. A ship with two tall masts is berthed at the Putiki (Campbelltown) Wharf across the river. A house with a fenced section has been built on the side of the hill, and the stockyards and pens can be seen on the edge of the bank. A number of large steel pipes have been stacked on the ground in the foreground.
